What are the shipping costs for orders from the online shop?

The cost of shipping depends on size, weight and country. The cost of each place is calculated when ordering.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

We accept Paypal, Apple Pay and many more. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. What forms of payment we accept are visible in the shopping cart or at the bottom of the website.

How long does the delivery take?

This depends on the respective product or stock. Of course we try to keep the delivery times as short as possible. If you are not sure, you can write an e-mail to us.

How safe is shopping in the online shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be treated confidentially. You can shop in the online shop without any problems. If a problem occurs, you can benefit from our support and we will help you as soon as possible to solve the problem.

What exactly happens after the order?

After completing an order, you can track the order status under “My Account”.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

After you have placed the order, you will be sent a confirmation with the invoice by e-mail.
